I turned them up a 1/4 turn from "zero", it was turned all the way down.

They told me to bring the amp back and they would check it out, Im hoping its gonna be free, they do free estimates, and if they want any money, I wont be fixing it.

I never thought of an AQ 2200 either, dont know know there specs
