10 inch sub?

i have one 10 inch sub in my car.

would that give off pretty nice sound if i chose to turn it up loud (never turn it up loud yet scared it will bust ) or do you suggest i get one more 10"?

also if i get another 10 do i need the same brand or just pick any kind of sub?

they have good build quality so you should be fine turning it up

well i dont know cause the car was given to me and i just got it and the sub in a custom made box where i cant get it out

all i know is it have a kicker amp and another amp next to it
