zeus---the 9886 only has a bass and treble control. the eq gives way more control over the sound. and im not spending $350 on the IMPRINT processor.

well as i thought more about it i realized that with classes i want to do most people have walls with the size and amount of woofers. i dont like walls in vehicles i drive. i like getting loud off of no-wall enclosures. going with two 12s puts me in the classes where walls arent primarily used and will allow me to get enclosures in and out of my car easier unlike the last box. pretty much more optiond on enclosures and installation.
