10” kicker 1ohm sub wiring help

Whats up fellas. I’m confused here and looking for guidance in what to do with my 10” kicker compvr 1ohm with dual voice coils. I have only that sub to install and planning on powering it with the sub dedicated channel of my 5 channel amp. As the pic states the amp on its 5th/monoblock channel is capable of pushing out 370 watts @ 1 ohm which is perfect being that the sub is rated at 400. However I’m stuck now because the speaker has the dual voice coils and I’m wondering since I’m running that speaker alone if it will be working at 0.5 ohms if I wire the sub in series to activate both coils. However after reading the parameters of the sub I see it has an electrical voice coil resistance 1.97 and I’m wondering if that is per each coil which would result in the speaker having a total resistance of 1 ohm when wired in series by itself. Either way I’m going to have to wire the sub in that fashion I’m just curious if I’m taking advantage of the watts the amp is capable of pushing.
