1 sub systems, whos got em????

I have a single OS Xtant X1244 in a custom center console box in my 91 F-150 Super Cab. But I has no pics of it. Most people don't even know that I have a system in it, until I start bumping up the little volume button ....It's got 2 drink holders and a change/junk tray, two 3.5mm aux input jacks, a 12v power outlet, and sub control built into it. And you can't see the amp at all. Nothing fancy though, just rugged in black ....Sub and port rear firing ...

here's a pic of mine

I've got a single 15" sundown Zv4 with the SPL surround built by Corey SPL Audio. On an saz2500v2 wired to .5ohm. I've always had single sub setups....loudest to date was in my dodge nitro with a DD 9518 on a DD m4 at .5ohm.

You ended up with that sub huh. How you like it? I wanted that sub but by the time I came up with the cash it was gone.

Yea I've got it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and it's actually a **** good sounding sub....not broke in yet. But even with the spl style surround....lows are still beast. But where the stock Zv4 dropped off around 36hz for me....this thing loves 25hz up to 40 even in a box tuned to 30hz

What sub is that?I used to have just one 12" jl w3v3-4, currently have 2. Not too bad imo, not spl heavy, but i like the "smoothness" of the bass.
It's the w6v3. Basically the 12" version of this review article: PASMAG | PERFORMANCE AUTO AND SOUND - JL Audio introduces insanely powerful high output enclosed subwoofer system

Here's a video on the enclosure from JL:

I also have that w3v3-4 sub as well. I got that before the W6. One time I did a side by side comparison with that w3 next to a w1v2...the first sub from JL I purchased. In the same sealed enclosure size, they sounded exactly the same except the w3 had this metallic pop sound....like how some older aluminum cone subs did. I never figured that one out. Unfortunately someone broke in my garage and stole my W1v2, luckily I had the W3 in the box up above the rafters...where most of my junk sits. I have an alarm in my garage now.

However this w6 and enclosure is awesome, great SQ output for the size and very loud without a hint of port noise. Does amazing job with rock/death music, even Tom Petty pounds. I usually use death music for reference on subs/enclosures just because it's the kind of music that's poorly recorded and often has little bass. definitely outperforms the 3 sundown 8" sd's I had before this.

1 jl 10 w6v3 in the ho box powered by a alpine mrv 500. 75w x 4 sound ordnance powering my type r 6x8s and type s 6x8 coaxials in rear. This is in my ext cab tacoma which has limited space so one sub is perfect for me, it sounds very good and can get down.

Currently in the bimmer is a single Phoenix Gold Ti210d4 10incher being powered by a Ti21300.1 and in the wife's suv is a single Phoenix Gold SX18s4 8incher powered of the sub channel of a X5rs.....
