1 ohm stable amp not holding 1 ohm load

And I dont know of anyone who has a dual 2 ohm speaker.

I will try that today. It will most likely stay on if no subs are hooked up because iet wont get the 1 ohm load till i plug the subs up.

yea, well try that and if it stays on then find something with a 2 or 4 ohm load and see what it does

we hooked it up today running one ohm and it worked for a while with the volume cranked up pretty high (25) and then all of a sudden it shut off. Its not really shutting off but its kicking in and out of protection mode back and forth. After that I could turn it up until about 17 before it would kick back and forth into protection mode. We even hooked it up to 2 ohm and it still did the same thing.

Maybe it has clipping protection and is cutting off due to clipping.

It shouldn't
