I have an old amp and I dont know if it is 1 ohm stable. Could I wire it to one ohm? I understand it wont work, but what will happen? fuse blows? amp blows?

I dont think it has a protect mode..... its an old audiobahn amp and I cant find a manual on it.

Thanks

yea it can run 1ohm mono, but they are power hogs, you need good electrical to back it up or you will fry it
well, I got two battery's and its all ran on 4 awg. I was thinking of trying to bridge the amp too 1 ohm to one of my type r's. Would that one 12 be louder than 2 at 2 ohms?
