Ok I have the dimensions that me and my friend have for his box. I need some help to verify that this is tuned right(did it all in my head and on paper so i need some verification). The dimensions are 24 deep on the bottom, 21 deep on the top, 14 tall, 19 wide. The port is in the back off the top facing up. It is 2 inches wide and 23 inches long. Let me know how i did. I think it should be tuned to 38-40 before sub displacement with about 2.1 cubic ft. I hope this is good. Thanks for the help guys!

I would do more port area. 2 cubes net should be 32^2, so make your port a little wider. With 32^2 or port area make the port 18" long for a 38Hz tune.

Port cant be made longer, only wider. The port is the width of the top of the box. It has 35 sq in of port(17.5 x 2).
