1 8inch driver...will it be enough?

I'm using 2 8"s in ~.5cuft total, and it blends pretty well (although SOMETIMES bassheavy for MY taste) in an xtracab truck. I tried it with 1 8" in .25cuft and it wasn't loud enough for me (but thatll be sub dependent too). So basically, I kept 2 because I'd rather have too much bass and tune it down, then have too little bass and have to boost it into distortion.

will do:D thanks for support, if i add another comp set...which i think i will eventually i think i will put another one in...but the 1 will do fine for now

I'm building a box for my 8" right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Kinda hard to say what is enough bass for you, so I dunno....I guess just try it and see what happens //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

one 8 might not suit your needs, even though i dont even know your musical needs, one 8 is like having a nice midbass imo.....i mean its different, but the speaker is just soo small that youve got nothing to work with....i got 2 10" and i regret not gettin 12's....but thats me
