I currently got 2 SVC 4 ohm 12's hooked up into a 2 ohm load. I got and old RF 1000bd rated at 500w at 4 ohms and 1000w at 2 ohms. I have heard about people wiring them at 1 ohm with two DVC sub. What I was wondering is. If I made an amp rack that is sealed with very good air flow, would I be safe adding another 4 ohm SVC and making the amp run at 1.33.

When a company states the lowest impediance is 2 ohm will result with 1000 watts, that means that is where they recomend you running it. Will it run... most likely, but be careful. Set the gains perfectly, and also check your box's impediance rise.
