07 Camry Sub Installation

I have the JBL Version of the 2007 Camry Se. I also have dual 12in subs that aren't making a sound. I have the LOC T-Tapped into the left rear speaker. This powers my amp. I have all the other wiring done in the car but no sound. I've been at this for awhile now I need some help.
