06 F150 4 tens Box build/ sub build

Thought i share a build Ive been working on my free time. Don't have much to share for the beginning of the box but here is what i have so far. To inform you a bit, its a box for 4 ten inch TC9 based subs. The enclosure is being built to fit under the rear seat. The rear seat does have a seat lift to allow for the subs. The box it self before displacement is about 3.6 cubic feet.

Now on to the sub portion,

The subs are being built by Bumpin Buick, AkA Matt. Parts includes 10" paper pulp cone with half roll rubber surround. Single medium spider with sewn in leads, 4 layer copper coil D4 ohms.

Specs as of two hr break in:

Qts 0.350

Qes 0.375

Qms 5.30

Fs 29hz

Res 3.85Ω

Ls 4.05mH

Lp 8.10mH

Rp 7.50Ω

I don't mind them, as majority of my boxes i built are under the seat. Only issues that made this build a pain was having to work around annoying seat brackets. As you can see fitment of the motors was tight on some edges until i modified the box a bit. Box still need much work.

Im actually not a fan of fiber glassing but because of the fitment issues i faced with fitting this box ,i was forced to fiberglass at those certain points.
