And although 1/2 ton short beds are small comparatively, they are still big. I see dumple's point on their looks lowered with big wheels. I disagree, but it makes sense. I much prefer a clean stance with wheels that fit.

You think a 2 door short bed 2WD Chevy 1/2 ton pickup is gigantic? Thats about the smallest truck you can buy outside of a mini. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
its not a mini truck i dont think it should be dropped with big shinny pointless wheels

lose the SS and STREET CUSTOMS, and the Bama A and your good to go.

Leave that alabama a with pride, roll tide baby!

haha I actually like the truck a lot... uhm ss stickers could go but as far as the front and back looks clean.

I don't see what is wrong with these trucks... sure a nice mini scrubbing the ground looks good, but you can't beat a nice lifted truck with the right size tires and some sparkling rims.

yes you can. do you really think that silver truck looks good? or that it is capeable AT ALL off road?

If you want an "offroad" vehicle, get one with a solid axle up front (a good axle, not a 10 bolt)... there is no vehicle with CV's that is "capable" offroad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

And whyyyyyyyyyy, oh whyyyyyyyy do people lower 4x4 trucks? That is the dumbest shit evar!!!!
When you find the answer to this, will you please figure out why people put lift kits on 2WD cars and wheels so big that they cant turn around in a 2 acre lot.

thanks for the idea i will be color matching everything when spring rolls around....

only bad part is i cant remove the stripes they were painted on when the hood was painted. oh and the stripes are like the ones on the southern comfort single cab gmc/chevys..
and i see the look some of yall want me to do color matched ect....

those trucks look really good ill probably drop mine PROPERLY!!!!!

and burzendowske, can i give a little idea to you,,,, it would make the truck look a little better if the black plastic was colormatched,,,, im not hatin on you tho.. thruck looks pretty sweet..

and thanks lousianna crx..

i dont know where you live but i live in nebraska where it snows. so lowering my truck a lil i can have the look i want and still have a 4x4 for in the winter best of both worlds

i agree when i see a full size truck like the OPs i think oh he must be a construction worker and need a gigantic truck. They look stupid lowered with big shinny dumb wheels, actually i hate big shinny stupid wheels all together.

lol hater you drive a saturn //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif:laugh:

Good argument for the 4x4 drop, now explain a '85 Regal with 11'' of lift.

im just gonna stop arguing with you ziploc becaus there is no use of it.... and for the record i work at a car lot, do all mechanic work, installs, anything needed..

anaways that lifted gmc dually is freakin huge..

and how many of you like the headlights and tailights on my truck.

also ive cleaned up that mess of wireing (SP) behind the dash and removed the bama a

the crappy dash lights and the tag light and tag itself...

how would a 2 (front) 4 (rear) lowering kit look on my truck?????
