02 Mustang GT, RE SE12

hello everyone, im doing an audio upgrade on my 02 GT, going to get rid of all stock items. i have everything, except a sub and amp combo.

i was looking at an RE SE 12" in a 2^3ft @32 box,

powered by either a BXI-1206 or a BXI-1606

what is everyone thoughts on this.
