Figured I'd start a thread on the new ride and the system going in!

What I'm looking for is something simple,clean and moderately loud!

My car....01 WS6 Trans am

33k miles

Extremely nice shape...so this has to be an extremely clean build..

Being they don't make these cars anymore...I'm refraining from cutting holes in Any panels....so,I'm kinda limited on components ......

I've finally decided to do a double din HU

Pioneer 4200 NEX

Gonna use 1 amp to run everything. ....a Minty Memphis Big Bell 5 channel. ...

Speakers....doors and rear sail panels I've decided to go with Infiniti Kappa 62.ii x4....I have these on my Harley and love them...a little harsh on the tweet side but can be tamed easily. ..

Rear hatch...Moral 4 inch mids with factory tweets

Subs.....I'm using a pair of Sundown Sa 8 v3s in a custom ported box

Running these at 1 ohm and the rest of the system at 2 ohm.....

Absolutely Love these subs!!!!!

I've got most of this running already..and it already sounds Amazing!

I will be posting pics as I finish her up,

I just decided to go with the 4200 NEX and ordered it yesterday. ..so when it comes in I will be rerunning new RCAS and 1.0 power wire

My buddy had a 4th gen camaro ss when we graduated high school. Had a new head unit and speakers. We used to pop the t tops out and cruise around like we were something lol. Good times. Nice cars. Hope yours turns out how you want it!

So...my build has changed drastically....

Out with all the infinite kappas..4 of them

The front stage.....

PhD AF 6.3...should sound awesome...Im using the XOs too

And the rear stage....I picked up a pair of New Helix C6B 6.5 mid bass

Im still powering everything with Memphis 5 channel....but a Different one...Picked up a Purdy one here...a 16-MC5-1400...Incredibile amp!!!Thanks Trey!
