01 Camry- Dc,alpine,kenwood

well i had one on a 12" type r for a while and it wasnt doing enywhere near rated power. i switched it to the kenwood 9104d and that thing slammed. gains were set with a dmm on both amps. this isnt the first time i have had this problem. i just stop referring them to customers. maybe we just got a bad batch of them? but i can recall about 6 of them that had the same output issue. but hopefully you wont have that same issue. are you running dual 4's? cuase that amp is stable at 2 ohm not 1. just a heads up.

yeah i hope that i dont have any problems. paid wayyyyyy more htan i should of outta bestbuy, but i guess its worth it. yeah, thanks for the heads up..thats why i just picked up a pair of D2s

Why not do your 2nd run in 0 gauge or just do 0 gauge by itself.

yeah ive been meaning to pick up some 0 but havent really had the funds. im thinkin that this 4ga MIGHT be too small for the amp(even tho it calls for 4g), and a second run would solve that. 2 runs of 4ga> 1 run of 0.. but thats all to be determined.

all in all, im getting a new car soon. so im not too sure about goin crazy with this one yet.

oh yeah AT LEAST 20/pair...bc they send em out to another design company i tihnk. reg dustcaps were 3/each +ship. thanks for the idea tho..im definately gonna look into it. if i can get my basket painted lime green and have those dust caps? mmmmmmmm sexy

on a Kenwood 600w bridged @ 2ohms. these little 10s actually surprised me alot
