those dimensions are to small for a 15. that would only give around 2.5 cubes... if you want loud low bass you need atleast 3.5 to 4.5 cubes... but 2.5 will probably work sealed but only gonna hit high bass notes....

sealed box type r 10 need 1 to 1.5 cubes so height x width x lenght divided by 1728 so box 12 x 12 x12 internal is 1 cubic foot... lol.. using three quarter mdf box needs to be 13.5h x 13.5w x 13.5L for 1 cubic foot of air sealed

you might need to add relay to power fans if you havent done that... remote wire doesnt have enough to power fans.. when remote wire is stressed trying to power fans amp wont get enough to keep it on so, amp goes protect.

try it without hooking up any speakers. just power aand ground. if it doesnt pop fuses. hook one speaker at a time tilll you pop fuse again. you mave a shorted speaker also. let me know?

sounds like you might have shorted out the outputs or power supply when you removed it from your pickup

well sounds like your hammering it hard. if the ohm is to low it will get to hot. but they do get hot. try buying a cooling fan at local radio shack. they have good ones for about 20.00. i use them. 3 inch fan for max cooling. will need a relay to hook it up. because remote wire wont have...

sounds like you got output problems, what ohm were you running amp at? if its only a week old, take it back, but before you hook it back up check ohm load on speakers and make sure amp will take it.
