It happens when music is played.... does it on all channels of the HU, the mid range plays just fine its just the tweeter that acts up when the system is turned on. All connections checked, gonna do some more test runs on it this weekend. Unsure on how to check the DC, but I ran these speakers...

Just did an install in my friends Tc. The front left tweeter whenever turned on makes a crazy high pitched noise. The car currently has no rear speakers and the speakers up front are Infinity 60.9 CS kappas, running off MB Quart 4x50. I really don't know what's up, have tried changing the RCAs...

Gotta drill it. Picking the right size bit is key, too big and you ruin the tap, too small and the screw stays.

Get components much better than coax speakers... if anything put the coax speakers in the back for rear fill.

Doesnt really matter as long as you grommet the power cable through the firewall, and run them so they aren't near each other, can cause interference in signal.

Check crutchfield...pretty handy in telling you what you need to install in your car.

Put the fuses in...should work.

Subscribed. General knowledge of battery specs and uses seems to be needed.

The parallel thing only works if your speaker has two voice coils, reason being why it works with subs they have two coils.

It still turns on...video still works but he gets no sound or signal would lead me to believe something came loose.

Sounds like a wire popped loose probably the amp turn on lead.

You're gonna need power for those amps check knukonceptz.com for wire, they sell em in kits too.
