What about your alarm, mine has a feature that disables whatever sensor is not properly setup when the alarm is activated (alerts you of it though), should be a pretty common feature right? I'd think most would need to open the door / trunk to remove everything (or at least in my truck). pzaully

I use a crimper for down to 4guage, larger than that I use a flat head and a hammer. You dont have to use a connector for hooking it up to the amp, just use the same method you did for the fuse holder. Pzaully

Just an update. I hooked up an epic 150 to the setup (mainly just for the voltage readout heh) and the amp is seeing 13.0v at idle playing music at full tilt and 13.7v above 1.8k rpms playing music at full tilt. At the amps power terminals it sees the same thing, but dips down a bit more for...

Not that it matters since all these ratings are pretty relative, but I use 5 bellow max of 35. My HU puts out max preamp voltage at max volume, there is no clipping from the HU per tests. Azbass, grats on the db volume control, means **** I use whatever is going to sound the best per song...
