Ive been beatin on my setup for ~4 months and have only blown 1 sub. Hfi's sound disgusting sealed, but with my BP they're clean as ever. Ive gotten incredible feedback from these woofers BP style. Your gonna be stoked.

I blew one of Hfi's with my 1500.1d on 4 of em. Rest of them took it fine until about full tilt 1/4 gain got them smelly.

Read sig for gear. About 2 weeks ago, 1 sub starting bottoming out and fried. I would have my gain at ~40%, and when I would turn my bass knob, it would get loud until about ~10% where it goes and then drops, and I can barely hear any bass I can hear the woofers struggling though. So, meh, I...

**** that. Port the P3's. Tune the box at ~30 hz. Smash the lows. If my hif.12's can get as low as they do, then your p3's will be real nice.

Why the removable front baffle? 1) If you build it correctly, then it wont "break" 2) if you pre-drill the holes, then they wont "strip out"

Dont do anything permanent. I would hold the amp up as you run it, and then see if the vibrations are the culprit. That happens to my cadence sometimes also, on certain notes.
