Why build a box speced on sony xplodes if he is just gonna turn around and get new subs that will have totally diffrent specs. Just buy a cheapo ebay prefab and save for some real subs. If you seriously wanna make these subs perform I have gotten Jensen and the Xplods to outperform baseline...

Audiobahn equipment in general is decent stuff, poor Sq but for a comp setup works out ok, for the money much better subs out there but thier baseline stuff is better than most. But then agian I have had Jensen compnets outperform baseline fosgate, kicker,JL,Audiobahn ect. Its all in the install.

    JL Audio 10w6v2 worth it?

Subs will perform fine in that enviroment sealed. Just a suggestion for the money you can get a couple of CMP subs for the same price and they are FAR better performers but its your choice have installed both and both like the same small sealed boxes but the CMP is by far above JL in SQ and SPL...

    JL Audio W3v3's?

These are very good subs, pretty much shares a similar cone as the W7 but stucture is that of the w3v2. I have no idea why they made it a SVC no felxibility, although it does come in a single 2 ohm version which is nice but it handles the same amount rms wattage as the W3v2. All in all I have...

    Bought 10w3, need opinions please!

4 guage would be sufficent but 8 would work as well. I would not wire that sub below 4 ohms on that amp though, bazooka amps DO overheat at 2 ohms even when barley pushed but all in all is a decent upgrade and will power the w3 good. Now you need to start searching for a good prefabbed sealed box.

    Bought 10w3, need opinions please!

Right bandpass boxes are meant to get loud and my bet is if you got it off ebay its not properly built. Most that are not built close to the specs of the sub seem to be all over the place and very innaccurate. While it might get a lil louder than a sealed/ported box its also not near as...

    Bought 10w3, need opinions please!

Please do not torture that subwoofer by keeping it in a bandpass box! If you have the funds toss the amp and get a good amp, if you really care about keeping the whole system the same here is a good lil amp for the money its a clarion 4/3/2 channel...
