I'm not a big fan of fosgate subs so i vote kicker.

I would do cvx's before l7's any day. I don't like the sound of the square subs plus I think they just look kind of gay.

How many subs, what size of subs, sealed or ported, how many watts can you give them? So many questions need to be answered first.

The two 7500 will more than likely get louder just because of cone area. Doesn't mean they will sound better though.
