If its an upgrade to stock then you should. That deck has more power than your stock. Adding amps helps too.

I know, im curious also. Im guessing if you power it to spec it will sound the same. The require similar enclosures basically have the same specs/dimensions etc..The difference may be when you put more power than its rated at then the BP option sub will get louder. Alright staying on topic ftw

ahha so true. I explained to them that all the crossover settings were being handled by the HU and such I that I did not have a passive crossover and such. After all that explaining they asked where I put my processor....
