Own the RE, prob cost me $40 to sell and buy the ppi

Trying to chose between these two. Thoughts? Already have the RE and the PPI is used but like new. Looking to power Pioneer TS-D1730C 6.75 components and a Shallow mount sub. Likely Shallow Pioneer 10" but considering others. X731BT head unit. Going on 05 Canyon 4 door.

What difference would I notice between the 2 ct 10's at 300w total to the Hifonics 12 at 300w? Both sealed. I already have the Hifonics but got the Bio really cheap. Hope to get a little better midbass maybe up to 90hz with slightly more punch, or will it be about the same?

I would not suggest either. If your more worried about SQ I will go with Dayton Audio HO. If your more worried about SPL take someone else advise but CT Sounds, Scar, Sundown. Prob a lot more options.

My understanding of fully active is using the head unit or crossover to control signal to amps. What im explaining is using multiple items to have similar outcome.

Is there such thing as semi active? Like limiting high pass on headunit 100hz and using low pass on amp for mid-range and other 2 channels to tweeter using high pass? I know it would be a ton easier just to use component set but want to play around and see how things work. P900.5 amp x731bt...
