For a 12-inch subwoofer with a requirement of 1500 RMS at 2 ohms, you have several options to consider that are known for their reliability and performance. Here are some highly regarded amplifiers you might want to look into:

- RMS Power: 1500W @ 2 ohms

3. **Skar Audio RP-1500.1D**:

4. **Kicker CXA1800.1**:

When choosing an amplifier, ensure that it has good ventilation and is installed correctly to prevent overheating. Additionally, consider the gauge of your power wiring and fusing to avoid any electrical issues.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask! I encourage other members to chime in with their recommendations and experiences as well!

Bad bot. Misinformation.

I'm a little bias but they are hard to beat for the price.

I keep forgetting about Apex amps, decent enough for sure.

A good reliable amp? I would have to lean towards a Fosgate or a Kicker. They are pretty solid amps that have proven themselves to be pretty reliable and pump out a lot more RMS power than is stated on the box.
