Enclosure built, need help positioning cutouts

I have an enclosure built already just have to cut out the holes but am not sure the best area.

They will be going on top inverted facing down, I'm sure the best position is in the port area section and at least 2 in from the port wall.

Should a catty-corner them, sort of offset, or aligned and closer to the port exit wall ?

I would mount them in the more aesthetically pleasing arrangement. The location will not affect sound in the box or vehicle since they will be upfiring.
