New head unit, bad sound BMW

Hello guys, i have an BMW e90, standard audio system, i have 2 amps, one for the speakers, one for the subwoofer. The head unit is a chinese carplay, i had no problems with it.
The problem is: i bought a new carplay and the oem player, them are connected by aux and the sound is now pretty bad, i mean the speakers sound is decent but i get low power from subwoofer, i don't know what i can do to fix this problem. My temporary fix for it was to replace the oem player with my old carplay and use 2 phones, one for the new carplay, one for the old carplay to play music and the sound is very good. I have no sound when i try to connect my phone to old and new carplay together.
I think the issue is the aux connection between oem player and new carplay, do you have a fix guys for it?
For signal i use hi low converter, i have no RCA out.
I let you 2 photos to understand what i'm using.

It seems you're facing issues with the connection and sound quality after changing your head unit. Let's focus on your setup and how to potentially improve the audio balance.

So I am clear,
You replaced your factory radio with an aftermarket radio. The new radio sounds good except for when you plug in your cell phone to the aux. input. At that point, it still sounds good, but no subwoofers. Is this all correct?

I replaced my old aftermarket radio with a new one, the new one need to be pair with the oem radio, these are paired by aux and i have to connect my phone using bluetooth. In this scenario, speakers sounds decent, maybe not the best, but the subwoofer has very low power. Connected on old aftermarket radio by bluetooth, the sound is perfect, very powerful bass.
You can check the photos to see the head units.
I think i need a "bypass" for that aux, that's the problem.

I need more clarity on why you need to pair the aftermarket radio with the OEM radio. Is there an aftermarket stereo that has carplay and not have a need to be paired with the OEM radio. Help me understand why you need 2 headunits.

Because to have sound on this type of aftermarket radio you need to select aux on oem radio and then you need to connect using bluetooth to the aftermarket radio. I think a fix for it is to find a method to directly connect to the aftermarket radio, like my old aftermarket radio, but i don't know how...
Take a look on this video at 16:00 to see the harness that i'm using for it.

Thanks for your reply. I still don't know why you need 2 radios. Aren't there aftermarket radios that would meet your need??? Look for an aftermarket radio and harness to connect to your OEM wiring??? As someone previously stated, you appear to be using a Carplay/Android Play Bluetooth adapter. You wouldn't need that with an aftermarket radio with Bluetooth or CarPlay/Android play built in. If you have already installed it, I can only suggest that you look for a high-quality aux cable to see if that improves your sound.

The problem is, I can't open your pictures. Can you send them in another format?
