Alpine iLX -w650 Screen issue

Ok so I’ve had this deck 1.5 years
It’s been in my rav4
Ford focus and now my Chevy Silverado
I have the park brake bypass module installed and it works fine
I run 2 sundown audio 12’s and 1300 watt amp
As of late when I’m bumping the unit will pause or jump from Bluetooth or CarPlay to radio
I notice the screen indicate a touch near the radio icon
On the screen or at the pause location
I have cleaned the unit
Restored to factory
Re installed in the dash to recenter the unit
Doing online search there seems to be a screen sensitivity adjustment
But not on the unit
Several said I had to wire it to the park brake
Instead of bypass
Done and still no touch sensitivity option in any menu

Did the web lie to me
It the unit just defective
Is there a way to adjust it?
I’m rolling with bass knob on 1
I’m at the why bother stage
Any thought or helpful knowledge would be nice

I understand the frustration you're facing. It sounds like you've tried a number of troubleshooting steps already. Allow me to assist you better: are you able to specify the make and model of your deck? This will help in providing more tailored advice.

Did you go color to color on the wiring the bypass parking ? Then you said you have an amp? This uses RCA cables. Touch screen so I suppose not enough volts through the radio. This is Alpine radio. And you connected the green wire to a parking brake switch. Under the parking brake area. Now it’s not working the screen. You will need to add more power then to one input signal. Red, yellow, blue, etc. yellow and the the black, constant will make this radio out of Phase for a while, then it may come back on. OP AMPs are this way. Radio side harness. Try that and good luck.

have you tried isolating it from vibration? Maybe take it out of dash and hold it while playing a known "trouble" song?

Resistive or capacitive screen?

I took it out of the dash
No voltage issues on the remote signal
I have a rca inline bass controller knob
I have pointed at the 2 spots when the prob happens you see the screen indicate it’s being touched
I 99% use Apple car play wired
But listen to the radio sometimes
I checked the bypass relay it’s pulsing the ground signal as it should
But there is no option to adjust the screen sensitivity

Have you run it with the unit out of the dash, isolated from the vibration when "bumping"?
