How the puck does a judge determine that Trump can't offer buyouts? He's not forcing anybody to take the buyout, it's a mutual agreement. So 65k workers are potentially getting hosed out of a buy out that they want and as usual, the taxpayers foot the bill.

Opps, I meant WA, not just Seattle. They only problem is we lose the west coast ports and you know they'd tax the shyt of us to use them. Ironically such a tax would function just like an "evil" tariff.

We spent no less than a week when hired learning the ins and outs of HIPAA and being that it was a part of my job I respected the laws and was very serious about not violating the information. I had a stack of awards from that job. It was one of my more enjoyable and interesting jobs. I only handled first responders from 9/11 in Jersey, NY and PA.

I week on HIPAA??? That had to have been boring as shyt.

No, the mere act of accessing PHI isn't a violation. I do it all the time. Not having a reason to access to PHI is a violation. These guys clearly have a reason to be accessing this information.

But hey if it makes you feel good to pretend like I don't know HIPAA when I'm the one working with it daily in a major research hospital system.

Whatever net tax revenue that comes from California is not worth the cultural and political damage they spread throughout the country. They're ruining Denver/Colorado at a rapid pace. Arizona is next on the list. I imagine Nevada is going to get Californicated too.
