You are now claiming they do, without any proof to back the claim, and with the evidence being against it (the evidence being that the people who would get them the training and clearance are the ones saying they shouldn't be accessing the systems).

It is far from an "accusation" to ask you to prove it.

Tell me the GPM rating on the tanks that feed those towers.
Tell me how many 2" hoses were running to fight said fires.
Tell me how many firefighters are on staff in the area.
Tell me about the "millions of dollars" in languishing equipment that could have been used to fight the fires.
Tell me how much water was in the upper and lower Hollywood reservoirs.

the questions you are asking about the towers are meaningless. The conversation was directed to only one tower. The one where the fire started. I explained this to you at least a half dozen times, and you insist on either playing stupid or you just don't have any sense of simple math.

One tower was to have two sources to fill it. This is the tower where the fire started. For a year, one source was shut down. Due to this, the tower was not able to fill fast enough from just the one source. Do you now understand? Can you comprehend what I'm telling you, or do you need me to draw and picture?

Apparently, I know more than you. Go read up on HIPAA, and what it entails.

I don't give a shit if the president is above health and human services; he doesn't just arbitrarily change the law depending on who he wants to follow it. That's not how law works.
He is not the supreme overlord of the country, no matter how badly you want him to be. No president has the authority to issue orders that break federal law.

You can post 10,000 times what you believe, but your beliefs don't mean bupkis when it comes to reality.

There is no evidence of HIPPA violations. All that matters is there is the potential for HIPPA violations. If Robbo knew how much access I have to medical records his head would explode. No DOD clearance, but I get ~1 hour of HIPPA training per year and the occasional email, PowerPoint or short video.
