I have a pioneer headunit an external crossover and 2 sundown amps which one should I tune the crossover on and should I turn off the cross over on the others?

Need more details about the setup. Do you have your HU feeding into a highs amp and a sub amp, with an external passive crossover for the highs? Do you have the HU feeding into a dedicated crossover unit, and then into2 amps one highs one sub?

Either way, you don't need to totally disable crossovers on everything, just make sure they're away from the place you decide to set the actual crossover point (ie, the sub amp being set to 200 is fine if there's a crossover before it feeding it <120).

and

a sundown Sia 2500D feeding an SA 12v2 subwoofer

Turn off the crossover on the HU so the external crossover gets a full range signal. Sounds like you just have a front stage and no rear, so just hook up the front rcas to the crossover. Then set the crossover. Turn off crossovers on your amps

I'm assuming this clarion has 6 outputs? 2 for sub, 2 for mid, 2 for highs?
