JL Audio sub grill

I've got a JL H.O. 110W6v3 sub enclosure. I want to protect it a bit more but am wondering if the grill will rattle due to the output of the sub. Anyone have any experience with a JL grill?? Thanks in advance,

I have the JL grilles on my 13tw5 subs and there is zero rattle. They do go on very tight so make sure the hole pattern is oriented to your liking before setting it in.

I've used the 3-bar grills and aluminum mesh grills before. My most recent grill covers involve making frames from 1x2 wood strips and covering them with grill cloth. I secured them to the enclosure with wood screws. Any of them should be fine if securely attached to the enclosure,

I have JL grills on a pair of 10W3v3s. They are well worth the money.
