Odd. My experience with DPS has always been the exact opposite. Although law enforcement is always a bit more aggressive around around Colfax throughout the metro area.

Yeah. It's fun for the kids, but the last time I went (before the South Park guys took it over), the food was so bad I didn't eat it. That's coming from somebody who spent 6 years eating in military mess halls and eating MREs and hates wasting food.
Yep. Eat tacos and watch people dive from the ceiling into a tiny pool of water. The food used to be horrible but everyone took their kids there. It’s a really cool place actually. They had a bunch of games for kids. Sorta like a Chucki Cheese.
I just had the normal muscle stiffness in the neck and back when you get impacted hard. I wasn’t going to lawyer up until my insurance company and the Sheriffs department both refused to do anything for my totaled vehicle. I was ok with relaxing for a few days and just getting back the value for my damaged property. Square is square. I don’t believe in the “emotional distress” money for people who weren’t abused or taken advantage of over a period of time. They have me irritated and nearing anger however, so now I want “because you were stupid” money. I would like to sue my own insurance company also for refusing to cover my vehicle because it was “in the commission of a crime” and not “underinsured motorist”. I have underinsured motorist on my coverage. Both the sheriff and my own insurance company are loopholing me with a huge financial loss now.
Nothing yet. Apparently it can take months just to get a police report in a case like this.

I’ve kinda just moved on and financed another vehicle. One day I will get 70% of some kind of settlement I’m sure. Might be 10k, might be 50. It’s in the blood suckers hands now and they want their 30% to be significant. Blue book value on my lost Jeep was 8k I think.
