So I switched to Verizon internet and got a X Box Series X on the promotion. I am not a gamer. Should I sell it, trade it, or just hold on to it?

Would the non gaming aspect be of any use to you? I'm waiting on getting one until there is 8K content out there beyond some of the nature and japanese videos. Any chance you might get an 8K TV in over the next several years? I would bet most of us have several options to accomplish what it can also do, but just spitballin

I have a 4K TV. No plans on upgrading until this one poops the bed.

Considering there's virtually no professionally shot 8K content available to show off the overachieving pixels, probably smart decision.

You can stream videos off of youtube. There are some videos of Japan, and some nature videos that are awesome to watch, and show off the difference. It's a nice thing to put on in the background.

I'm still expecting that either Amazon, Spielberg, or the NFL might come out with content and get the ball rolling. There is supposedly stuff already in Japan. One of the things that astounds me is that you can see better in 8k then you can in real life. It will show a scene looking down on a 30 story building, and you can clearly make out what's on the roof, and what's on the ground in the same image. I have no clue why, but it can overcome the depth that your eyes have to adjust focus for.
