Do I think it's prudent to test EVERYONE in the White House? If you are talking about the employees, the answer is no. Very few of the staff are required to be tested for drugs. Making them test now would be a violation of their civil rights.
If you mean EVERYONE who has passed through the area it was found, the answer is NO. The public is not subject to random testing in order to be in the White House. Requiring the public who were there and could have left the coke would be a violation of their civil rights.

Do YOU think it would be prudent to violate citizen's civil rights in order to find the person who did it?

I don't know how it works at the WH, but at other jobs with security clearance, you are subject to random drug tests.

I'm guessing the visitors to The White House don't have to pass a drug test.
