Best speaker for mid bass?

I’ve got 4 Skar SPX-Ts tweeters and 2 Skar NPX65s loudspeakers. I’m looking for better sound quality and power. I was looking at either the Incriminator Audio DPX-6. Any advice is appreciated!

How are you defining midbass - what frequency range? Are they going in kicks, doors or enclosures?

8s and 10s usually work well depending on the Freq., location and preperation

Look into CDT HD-M6 midbass drivers. They definitely preform well. And play solid midbass when installed correctly.

I ran SSA evil 6.5’s for awhile. Good solid mid bass speakers.

You need to figure out your max mounting depth. These are really good midbass speakers. 70 hz. - 4 Khz. Stevens MB-6. Mounting depth is 3".

Before changing speakers, you should deaden the doors, if you have not already done that. Changing speakers will not make much of a difference if the doors are not sufficiently insulated. That will make the greatest improvement in sound quality, in your case. Try that first before investing in new speakers.

Stevens needs alot of power. I have the MB6 4 ohms. Wish it was the 2 ohm.

Definitely hard to beat, but they're deep. Didn't know these were still floating around.
