Remote wiring

Good evening folks I'm a straight beginner at audio so be patient.i have a three amp set up with a hki mini dsp. The dsp has remote in but no remote out. Should I wire a relay from a 12volt switched source, or daisy chain from the dps

A relay would be fine and add to future add-on’s without worrying about overloading the head unit remote output. Otherwise, daisy chaining from the DSP to the amps should work fine with three amps and the DSP. I've ran three to four amps off a single head unit remote with no issues, though I suppose results may vary, but most amps / signal processors pull very little current at there remote turn on input.

Thank you for the information I'll give it a shot. It's a complete motorcycle build so as soon I get it up an running I'll update you how it works out

Suppose it can't hurt to try the easiest way first.

The relay method should work for sure and not all that difficult to add.
