I feel like I know what you mean. There's definitely a certain effect I aim for with designs for music. I can explain it, but it's really an effect to be experienced. There's a feeling to it. A big part of that is the tuning and port area. Thanks for letting me design it! I enjoyed doing that design.

The word i was really trying to think of was it has a “richness”to it.

2 Kicker L7 15's 4th order bandpass blowthrough going in the bed of a full size pickup truck.

This is a big box. The L7 15's are about -20 in^2 of Sd from being round 18's. They're more akin to round 18's than round 15's.

The L7 15" is just about the same as a 17" round subwoofer. 225 for the L7 compared to around 226 for a round 17" sub.

IIRC it's two Skar DDX 10's. I designed the box and the window hole, and my builder built the box and did the glass. He's still gotta do all of the finishing touches on it. I think it's outside for maybe paint or stain.
