Color me confused but I never see interleague games as being that important during the first half of the season. Entertaining maybe but thats it. The only games important right now are divisional games.Big game tonight, giants v A's.
Cross town rivals. When both teams are doing well, it gets serious for the fans. Not so much important as far as standings, but more bragging rights and how you stack up against a team doing well in the other division.Color me confused but I never see interleague games as being that important during the first half of the season. Maybe. The city of Oakland has a hearing on it next month. The organization wants to pay for the stadium completely out of their pockets (among other community betterment projects they would also come out of pocket 100% for), but asked the city to fix/ widen the streets and other city improvements around the new stadium site to make it more accessible and more walk up/ public transportation friendly. Oakland has been dragging their feet for 5+ years on the issue, and let's face it, they already lost the Raiders and the Golden State Warriors in the last couple of years. The A's might be moving to Vegas!
