A lot. Been there and done that. I pitched all through College and my arm and shoulder still hurt. I threw 152 pitches in a State Championship game when I was 12, arm was pretty much wasted after that. Still got a full ride to Tennessee, but my arm was never the same. Glory Days, haha!
