Any Trans AM ideas 💡???

Hopefully my old Trans AM will be ready for the road this spring and I'm trying to come up with system ideas for it ... right now I have a newer 3 ch Soundstream hid in the console ..5x7 mids in the kicks and 3.5 polk 2 ways in the dash .... im thinking radio power to dash and front chs of amp going to the Kicks ..I was thinking of using the sub side of amp to rear deck 6x9 subwoofers ...but wanted to see if any ideas on these cars before I finish the build ..im not doing anything too crazy because I'll probably be selling the car ..ive had about 3 or 4 decks in it and currently don't remember which but im thinking a nicer Kenwood was the last one ... but I'd like to hear any thoughts

Unless you add another amp that's probably the best option. Maybe build enclosures for the 6x9s.

I have a set of the 6x9 foam baffles to put around them ...for now I'm gonna go cheap with a set of Magnadyne 6x9 subwoofers ... they get mixed reviews ..I don't really want to put my Kicker 6x9 free airs in it ..since I plan on getting rid of the car and I doubt the buyer will be an audiophile anyway ...plus with rumble of the exhaust ...SQ isn't an option ..so I'm trying to build it to sound good and hear over the exhaust ...with my 79 Z/28 ..ill be going a lot fancier ...

This is my Z ...the dash is modified for a double din ...and the rear deck is modified for a set of Kicker Free Air 10s ...after I sell my TA im gonna start finishing this one up ...this and my CRX are parked inside my other warehouse in town ...

A 1970 MGB GT ...I just got a new clutch cylinder kit in for it Friday ...hopefully I'll have it back together soon ..I bought it for an SPL beast years ago but never built it so now ..ive been getting it all back together to sale ... the metal is very thick and they have deep kick panels ... I think it would've made a fun car to compete with back.in the day ...

Hopefully my blue CRX will get that spot soon ... ... ...just need to go over and see what it needs to get back running again ... the Z28 will be filling the Trans AM spot

The 79' four headlight look is not good, swap that for a 78' nose brother!!

I wouldn't run anything but a pair of bad ass 6x9's in that back dash with a legit 2 channel amp to power them. No front speakers at all. Old school style... head unit, (Alpine, Pioneer, or Kenwood EQ), 2 channel amp and bad ass 6x9's. Prolly some rear deck sound deadening. That is it. Then 2.5" dual exhaust with 40 series flowmaster mufflers, like the super 44's, long tube headers and NO crossover pipe so it lopes like a beefy cam!!

My black one is an original 43,000 mile 80 still with factory smog pump and cats ..I also have a Navajo Orange 81 TA and white 79 TA all with t tops ...the black one is my nicest ..other 2 are projects ...I almost lost the 79 white one in the hurricane this past summer ..im still doing repairs to my yard and house from it ...over an hour of 80mph winds ..no one is prepared for that ..im over 4 hours from the coast ...

I grew up in Pinellas County Florida from 1982 and up. Been through MANY hurricanes, I feel ya on that one. I lost a 1988 Ford Ranger short bed with a 1987 Thunderbird Turbo coupe engine swap. It was crushed by a large tree.

I have an old 81 Capri RS with T tops that was crushed by tree in a tornado ...I bet that was a sweet and fun ride..nice conversion ...here's another hurricane pic from my farm house ...
