These are the subs, and they look pretty nasty! I heard they cost $950/each.

Lol @ talk n text airport boxes lol oh yeah those DBS are brutal subs I believe they're made in Russia or something I've seen videos of them destroying cars.
You need a good bit less Port area when using a e r o p o r t s instead of slots which saves on space and where they are around they allow the air to pass more easily with less friction and corners I've seen multiple tests where air chuffing begins earlier on square ports then round which makes sense.
Back in my day most of the time it was the external port aero boxes that were setting records they can definitely get loud when loaded and designed properly.

I've had aeroported boxes, made very many boxes with pvc, aeros and sonotubes. Sonotubes are actually pretty cool. Did 2 AB HD12's with an 8" sonontube and it was stupid loud.
