I've tried to explain to you that it will happen. Money is just an imaginary thing we created, it isn't limited. Look, check this out. Please pay attention and try to grasp this. I studied economics and here's how it will go down.

That house price went up 25%. Well, the grocery store owner needs to buy a house. He's not cutting into his pay, he's raising his grocery prices 25%. The ceo of a printing company buys groceries. Well, he's not coming out of pocket either. He's now charging 25%. Before you know it, the price of everything has gone up 25%. This is called inflation. It happens all the time. Now your lower to mid tier employees cannot survive. Employers must offer a cost of living increase so that their employees can pay their bills and continue doing their jobs. That cost of living increase will be around that 25%.

Money, prices, all of this is just imaginary numbers. Cost goes up 25%, pay goes up 25%. Look at cost of living vs pay 30 years ago. They will always balance. This is how society functions.

If a person hands in a W-4 and an I-9 with identification, then, an employer can hire them. There is no way that an employer can tell if they are illegal or not.
