If a person hands in a W-4 and an I-9 with identification, then, an employer can hire them. There is no way that an employer can tell if they are illegal or not. All of our employees filled out the exact same paperwork and then that paperwork had to be approved by the labor board. So, as far as we knew all of our employees were here legally. So, we did everything that was legally required of us to do. How do you know if somebody is illegal? It sounds like you just don't hire Hispanics.

This is the problem with politics. Neither side really has any incentive to do anything because there's only 2 choices. Trump could do whatever he wants and his supporters will love him. Biden can literally do whatever the hell he wants and people will go "we'll at least its better than the big bad orange man".

Wrong, so many Hispanics come over here with work Visa's. Most people don't understand that. In fact, most people see a Hispanic person and immediately judge them as being an illegal. I've had many of my totally legal Hispanic friends tell me that they have been told numerous times by white people, "go back to Mexico." I'm not sure what the % of the population in North Dakota is Hispanic, but here in Vegas it's 34.6%.

Have you ever noticed that 99% of criminals agree with the Democratic Party. I work in Corrections. I have yet to find a Felon that claims he's Republican. I know they can't vote, but they can damned sure join in all the peaceful burnings. hmmmmmm

Nope. Can't "look" at them and tell. But you can trick'em into telling you if they are here legally pretty easily.

Not necessarily a business that illegals are stereotypically taking away from Americans. We were building apartment complexes with 240 employees in Vegas. 34.6% of the population in Vegas is Hispanic.
