So is this based on the free energy stuff that Tesla tried to do later in life? I know there's a pretty big following to that group where because his invention would have broke the laws of thermodynamics they think he succeeded and went on to break it in a lot of different ways using concepts like the one in that photo.
That one just looks like a quasar, although the vortexes and disc is very fat compared to them.
That's a pretty good tool to visualize (or start to visualize) the 10 dimensions that string theory theorizes. The theory goes that gravity may actually be just as powerful as the other electromagnetic forces but it's leaking into these other dimensions so what we see of it is far less than the real thing. That's also their way of explaining dark matter.
A lot of it seems vaguely reminiscent of yet to be verified theories.
