We received a letter that our rent is going up by $50 a month. Fine. No problem. However, I have told management here where we rent that our residence has some issue that I would like fixed. Some of these issues have been there about 2 years with no resolution. Our roof was damaged in a storm and they had to patch a large area of the roof. They did not replace the soaked insulation and just repaired the roof over it. We now have black mold advancing inside the residence from the ceiling area. Our dining room floor is slanted several degrees to the rear of the residence. Our A/C blows air under the residence. Our front porch and steps are wobbly and soft. I have mentioned ALL of this to management several times and they have done nothing. Now they want more rent. I told them I took pictures for them to see or in case we need to speak to a third party. Now we wait for their response.
