What annoys the ***** outta you/pisses you off...

Wtf? So i'm sitting outside, just chillin', watching traffic on Washington Road, right down from Augusta National. Drinking a little wine and watching a few cardinals fight over a piece of biscuit I threw to them. My hat has been sitting on the table beside my all morning. I get up, go inside and take a massive shit. I could literally feel the vacuum it created in my esophagus. Anyways, I go back out, grab my hat and there's a slug on it. Don't have a problem with the slug per se, but now it looks like someone shot dick snot all over the back of my black hat. Not cool bro.

My grandmother(78) has been making comments about not having the money for this and that. Says she doesn't know how much longer her AC in her house is going to last and making it seem like she cant afford to get a new one. She is a big Christian and very involved with her church. Come to find out she had been giving the fucking church $5000 a MONTH.... WTFFFFFFFF.

Fucking crazy. Just replaced the ac unit at my grandmas. Cost me four grand. Sounds like the church should fix her ac.

Never hesitate to tell the landlord of problems and I recommend recording it. The longer you wait the worse off you will be. I rent out two properties and genuinely feel obligated to fix any problem as soon as I'm told about it, it's my fucking house ya know. If the renter does the work themselves then I deduct it from the rent. Slumlords are the worst.
The thing is I told them about all of this except the mold, the mold is more recent. However, they know about it now. They send over their people who "fix" the problem and then leave it at that. They tell the office they fixed the "work order". But that is the problem... they only fix or attempt to fix literally what is in the work order and no more. Even after they are shown other issues stemming from the original issue. They do as little as possible. It's frustrating.

Yeah that sux. Hope rent is cheap.

Blame your president for the USPS woes bro.
Yep, overtime is pretty important for that industry. It's cheaper than hiring double the staff they need. A former coworker of mine worked there for a while and it was either calm or 10 hours of overtime chaos. That's just the nature of the business. Without the overtime it will just cascade, which is presumably what they want to happen. Still, what's cheaper? 10 hours overtime or 40 hours for a new person to sit around during the majority of the days? Something tells me the USPS will go back to normal after the election. The dumbest thing about all of this is the claim that mail-in ballots would actually make up a large portion of their traffic. Hilarious, that's a drop in the ocean for how much paper mail they deal with. I used to fold, stuff, and stamp mail during my down time at work and during a year we probably sent out 8,000 notices to less than 800 people just for a small portion of our customer base. The big customer bases are done by a third party and would easily be over 30,000. Not to mention all of the spam in my mailbox sent by state farm.

Speaking of State Farm, them and DirectTV are some sneaky mofos, they have like hand written addresses on spam and the return address is some employee's name. You open it up and it's a hand written note photocopied on darker paper so you don't know it's an ad until you find the brand name.

Lol, agree.

It's cheap rent. Maintenance came over rollin 5 deep. They looked over everything I mentioned. They say the mold is actually mildew and either way, they will get rid of it. They are going to replace the front porch and steps. They took pictures of the level I have on the table so they could document the angle of the floor. They looked over the registers in the floor and all the tape I had to put in them to attempt to plug the holes. Well, it's up to them now.

"They said the mold is actually mildew", I would of nutted up for real. Motherfukker I don't give a shit what it is. Fix the shit or we're gonna have a problem.

Mildew refers to certain kinds of mold or fungus. The term mildew is often used generically to refer to mold growth, usually with a flat growth habit. ... Molds can thrive on any organic matter, including clothing, leather, paper, and the ceilings, walls and floors of homes with moisture management problems.

"Uhh, actually that's not a parallelogram, that's a square."

Also, unless there's some rust in the water that turned it red I disagree. Mildew isn't red. It sounds like they still haven't called an actual contractor to look at it because they're still covering the company's ***.

That's completely illegal. Poor people don't speak up because they are scared. No one should have to live like that these day. How can anyone be okay with one person making millions a year and others living like this. Blows my mind. Process of evolution, I just wish I had someway of living long enough to watch the journey to utopia. That's always been the superpower that I've wanted. To be immortal. LOL, chance will wipe us out before that happens.

My mom worked at a bank as a Loan Processor and sometimes would help out as a teller. Every Monday the local churches would come in....Tens of thousands of dollars every Monday from checks just like the ones your Gma had written. Some of these people were giving 8-10K a month to the church. One lady who was a multi-millionaire and it was her husband that started the bank 40 years before that used to give 25K a month to the church. The local community is farmland and small towns of 500-1000 people. Yet these churches are ROLLING in hundreds of thousands of dollars yet scream every month they are broke and need the money...these churches up here are just running scams. Yet people who don't work at the bank don't believe it and its not like you can get proof without breaking a federal law, lol.

For real, the prosperity gospel people are the worst (seed faith). That's usually evangelicals who tell people with cancer that god has a better chance to heal them than chemotherapy so you should stop paying the hospital and start paying them instead because your money is viewed as your devotion to god apparently in those megachurches.

I've worked as a teller too, and yeah the churches make bank.. Different churches though have way different ways of spending it. A lot of them had wayyy too many people on the signature cards and I think they incorrectly believed that would keep everyone in check because they had access to online banking but all it really did is opened them up for constant fraud. Besides getting their money stolen though they actually helped a lot of people, they were paying a bunch of people's bills with memos like "mr. smith's power bill due to injury." Occassionally a big thing like renovations. We had the church of scientology too but it wasn't their expenditure account, just some savings thing that they never touched.
