I ran Windows 7 Pro 64 from day one of its inception. All of my necessary Microsoft office programs worked perfectly in it. All my website editing software, my Photoshop, my music production software, games... It was a good operating system. Then they decided they needed to make more money so they made a new operating system and then forced you to buy it if you wanted to continue to have support. I held on to the last. Upon "upgrading" I spent a crap ton on software and games I already owned to be able to use programs and games that were no longer supported. Great for Microsoft, shitty for consumers.
