Just curious who else has major eq dips. Post pics of what you got

Edit: didn't know this was an actual thing. I guess that's called a mid scoop. Lol. I thought I was weird for having an eq curve like that. It's pretty normal I suppose

You've got a big problem if you need to cut that whole range. That's a graphic equalizer, and when you cut adjacent bands it adds up in a non-intuitive way to be a much bigger, broader effect to the sound.

seems like a poor crossover point between mid and tweeter, need a crossover gap or different speaker/tweeter placement or some sound treatment.
