I sure hope so. Too many people spend money they don't have. If you are making payments on something, it isn't yours. If you are making interest payments, you are a sucker. You are making someone else rich while making payments on something you don't own. I hear people all the time talking about "I own 3 cars and a house" no you don't, you own debt. Everything I have, I pay cash for. Nobody is taking any of my property for any reason and I am not paying some third party to buy it for me for an extra %.

Hell, that cash in your pocket isn't worth piss... read it, it is a promissory note from the Federal Reserve. What a joke... the government is promising YOU that this paper is worth something. How do they do that if the country is in debt?

I wasn't speaking of land when I said property I was referring to my personal belongings.
